Winston McDonald Jr. serves as the President of Portfolio Management for WJM Holdings, LLC, where he oversees the strategic growth and performance of the firm’s industrial real estate portfolio. With over 20 years of experience in the industrial commercial real estate sector, Mr. McDonald has held multiple executive leadership roles throughout his career, demonstrating a proven track record in acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio scaling.In his current role, Mr. McDonald is responsible for driving the expansion of WJM Holdings into a multi-million-square-foot portfolio across key U.S. markets. He is deeply committed to fostering long-term relationships with Fortune 500 companies as well as emerging entrepreneurs, providing high-quality industrial and warehouse solutions that support the evolving demands of the modern supply chain.Mr. McDonald’s leadership is defined by a hands-on approach, operational excellence, and a clear vision to position WJM Holdings as a premier family office in the industrial real estate space throughout the continental United States.

Chief Financial Officer

Ray Daley joined WJM Holdings, LLC ( WJM) in January 2025 as Chief Financial Officer. He brings over 45 years of auditing, Accounting and finance experience to WJM. Prior to joining WJM, Ray held senior level positions with Price Waterhouse, Equifax Inc, John H. Harland Company and Best Warehousing and Transportation Center, Inc. Ray is a Certified Public Accountant who  graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Accounting with honors. Ray attended Clemson on an athletic scholarship where he was also a 4-year letterman for the track and field team. Ray currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his family.

Kimberly Hayes serves as Director of Property Management at WJM Holdings, LLC, where she oversees operations and performance across the firm’s industrial real estate portfolio. She is responsible for property operations, tenant relations, lease administration, and capital improvements, ensuring assets are efficiently managed and positioned for long-term value creation.In her role, Kimberly manages financial performance, vendor relationships, lease compliance, and tenant improvement coordination. She works closely with ownership, brokers, and legal counsel to support leasing, dispositions, and overall investment strategy, with a focus on driving NOI growth and operational efficiency.Prior to WJM Holdings, Kimberly held roles at Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE, managing large-scale portfolios across industrial, office, and mixed-use assets. Her experience includes budgeting, CAM reconciliations, capital project oversight, and financial reporting.Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Brenau University and is a licensed real estate professional.

Thandiwe Longwe serves as Executive Assistant to WJM Holdings, LLC, where she plays an integral role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting senior leadership in the strategic management of a growing real estate investment portfolio. With a strong foundation in executive support and business operations, she is a trusted partner who ensures seamless coordination across the organization.Thandiwe holds a degree in Business Administration from Lanier Technical College and is a commissioned Georgia Notary Public. She is recognized for her professionalism, results-driven approach, and ability to bring organization, adaptability, and strategic insight to the WJM Holdings team.
